The National Brewing Co. opened in 1961 and closed in 1975 it was open for 14 years. Items from breweries of this age tend to be more common and less valuable than some breweries. Early items can still be valuable as can rarer types of items. Breweries doing business after 1960 tended to produced advertising items and breweriana that would not be considered by collectors to be very valuable. In most cases items from this period were mass produced and rather cheap compared to older items. In addition, they are often still very common so they do not tend to have a ton of value. The National Brewing Co. was located in Miami, FL, which only had 5 breweries, so there are not many that that were producing breweriana items. Local collectors may pay a small premium over national or general collectors because of a lack of local items.
